We want you to love your Sorted Living mat. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be in its original condition. To start a return, email sortedliving2023@gmail.com with your order number and reason, and we'll send instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to post.

Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement — no return needed.
